At Essendon, we believe unequivocally in the right of all individuals to be afforded dignity and respect, and to be treated equally, regardless of race, religion, gender, orientation, ability, or any other protected characteristic.
Our teaching on equality, equity and valuing difference is founded upon our core Christian values and forms a cornerstone of approach to preparing our children to live out positive change in their own lives.
