Nursery admissions

Our nursery caters for children who will turn four years of age during the academic year.

We offer a highly flexible approach to ensuring that all children make a positive and successful start to Nursery, including accommodating reduced timetables and a January start where appropriate.

We accept children on the government's 30 hours free childcare scheme, and warmly welcome visits from prospective parents. To arrange a visit, please contact the school office. Further details of our Nursery provision can be found in our Nursery Provision policy in the "Policies" section of the website.

If you are ready to apply for a place, you can download our Nursery Application form below.

Please note that our Published Admission Number (PAN) is 15. We will consider going over PAN only in exceptional circumstances, and only where admitting a pupil over PAN will not be to the detriment of the rest of the school community.

We warmly welcome visits from prospective parents and pupils, and encourage you to contact the school office to arrange a tour.

Nevertheless, as a Voluntary Controlled (VC) school, our admissions processes are administered by Hertfordshire County Council's Primary Admissions Policy.
