At Essendon, we understand that sometimes things can do wrong. We welcome open dialogue and constructive criticism, and we hope that the majority of issues can be resolved without the need for a formal complaint. If an issue has arisen, we would first encourage you to speak directly with the class teacher or other relevant member of staff, and then, if the issue remains unresolved, to contact the Headteacher informally.
Nevertheless, we recognise that there may be times when, despite the above, individuals may feel it necessary to register a formal complaint. In this case, the procedures are outlined in our Complaints Procedure Policy, which can be downloaded below.
