Today the Essendon community were joined by Reverend Alan for a special Easter collective worship.

He shared with the children a collection of stones linked to the life of Jesus and invited Year 6 to hold up key teachings. While the children sang, everyone was given a daffodil to decorate a blank cross. Reverend Alan explained that this was to celebrate Jesus' resurrection after his death on the cross. 

The worship ended with a brilliant ukulele performance from Warrenwood led Mr. Hampshire and a Mexican wave amen!
